MUV, as per the French acronym for Modern, Urban and Green is an intergenerational project of 350 housing units (condos, penthouses, townhouses) split in two phases. Located in the very family-friendly neighborhood of Rosemont with Pelican Park nearby, locals can picnic, skate or bathe and readily attend local daycares and schools. MUV provides a vibrant and desirable neighborhood life. Our involvement in this project was to design and layout the common areas: entrance hall, indoor pool, urban chalet and terrace.
