Once the master plan was completed our participation was to contribute to the vision, building massing and the preparation of architectural design guidelines, followed by the issuance of plans and specifications for numerous buildings in this vast real estate development.

Cartierville Airport, formerly an industrial and military airstrip, is now transformed into the urban fabric of the city, a neighbourhood complete with residential, sports facilities, a golf course, lakes and a traditional village center.

gmad has designed over 2,000 housing units as well as the Grande Place neighbourhood center.
