Complete development of a new LEED Silver level lifestyle shopping center. The new buildings include commercial rental spaces. Carré Lucerne is a mixed-use, two-storey commercial / retail and mixed-use residential building. The center has a 49,000 sf Provigo supermarket, a 12,500 sf Pharmaprix drugstore as well as other tenants including Starbucks, Scotiabank, Orange Theory, Chocolats Favoris, Copper Branch and Addict massage. Carré Lucerne is located right next to the Metropolitan Expressway, with excellent exposure and high visibility to the 207 000 vehicles that pass by each day. This project’s mission was to create a unique shopping experience by offering all products and services that will meet the daily needs of the local neighbourhood in a most welcoming environment.
