A mall-type commercial project of approximately 200,000 sq. on 2 floors with a 2-storey commercial basement parking.
Striding the commercial level is a 300 units seniors’ residence. Building (B) is an 8 storeys concrete structure with masonry facades. A Metro food market is integrated into this concept.
