The project involves the construction of a three-storey long-term care facility (LTCF) with an underground basement, comprising 160 beds and 69 surface parking spaces. The C-shaped building will be located along the eastern property line and served by two vehicular access points. The design includes two interior courtyards, one of which features a therapeutic garden, as well as a central drop-off area that ensures safe vehicular circulation throughout the site.
