This priority project for the city and the University of Sherbrooke aims to develop complete neighborhoods, combining commercial spaces, mixed-use buildings, and a variety of housing types (cottages, triplexes, and multifamily units), while transforming the motherhouse of the Little Sisters of the Holy Family into social housing. Supported by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, it aspires to become a flagship project at the national level.
